Frantic

With one week left in Cape Town, I am feeling overwhelmed and frantic. I have so much to do and so many tough goodbyes ahead of me. I'm wrapping up my volunteer activities in the hopes of having some free time to cruise around town and maybe soak up some sun on the beach. This, however, means saying farewell to all the kids I've been working with. It will be weird to not have them as part of my day.

Although it got cooler here, the sun still shines brightly and we are still hitting some temperatures in the high 20s. I'm hoping the weather is this fine in OZ and New Zealand, my next destinations. Even if it's not, barring any dump of snow, I don't think I'll complain too much. Wait, of course I'll complain but I won't actually mind whatever weather comes my way.

In addition to the flat tire I had on the weekend, this morning, my car wouldn't start. I managed to get a boost and now my little 'beast', as a friend called it (in a good way), is back running better than before.

Hoping to track down some photos to add to the site for your viewing pleasure.

Stay tuned...
